TwistTube® 2440 is a high temperature, lightweight sleeve designed to provide a combination of thermal and mechanical protection. It incorporates a unique self-wrapping closure that allows for quick and easy installation. It also allows for breakouts and can be installed over completed assemblies. The overwrapping
design of the product allows it to maintain a circular profile when flexed.
TwistTube 2440 is woven with a blend of aramid multifilament and PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) monofilament. The combination of these two fibers allows the TwistTube 2440 product to have a continuous temperature rating of +200°C (+392ºF).
