FlexFit 2010® | Mechanical Protection | Up to +200°C

FlexFit® 2010 is a tough, lightweight oversleeve designed to protect cables assemblies, hoses and wire harnesses from chafing, cutting and abrading.  The open weave construction enables each size to expand to fit several application shapes and sizes. The construction also makes it highly flexible and resistant to
trapping water, heat and humidity.

Braided with PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) monofilaments, the sleeve is designed to provide mechanical protection in environments up to +200°C (+392°F).  FlexFit 2010 is used in the automotive industry because of its outstanding property retention in extreme environments.  It is one of the few materials able to withstand long term exposure to the new generation of automatic transmission fluids.
