SealSleeve™ HK is a braided fiberglass sleeve coated with a smooth, uniform and fully cured jacket of DuPont fluoroelastomer, Viton®. The result is a solution with exceptional temperature range (-70ºC to +220ºC) with excellent fluid resistance. Grade C (2,500V) and MIL-I-3190/7 modified.
SealSleeve HK resists damage from fuels, oils, and lubricants used in aerospace and aircraft such as JP-5 and Skydrol. The mechanical properties are outstanding, offering maximum resistance to abrasion, shock, vibration, impact and cut-through hazards.
SealSleeve HK is self-extinguishing and meets a number of flammability requirements including UL VW-1, ASTM D-350, and FAR Part 25.
