Vinyl Flex Glass Grade A sleeving is a heat-treated, tightly braided fiberglass sleeving coated with a firmly bonded plasticized polyvinyl chloride film. This durable sleeving will withstand mechanical stress and holds its dielectric strength on all bends.
Vinyl Flex Glass Grade A is used for supplementary insulation on transformer, motor, generator, and resistor leads. Also other applications include television, radio, and other electronic circuits where it can be pushed back to permit soldering.
Highly resistant to acids and solvents, and will withstand tough assembly handling. The vinyl compound is designed for continuous operation at 266°F temperatures, while providing excellent abrasion and cut-through resistance.
