ReflectShield® 1415 is a highly flexible reflective shield constructed of a fiberglass substrate laminated with aluminum foil to provide superior thermal protection for a variety of different applications.
The low bulk woven fiberglass structure, treated with a high temperature coating for fray resistance, and the thin integrated foil create a highly flexible material that can be delivered flat and formed during installation.
The 1415 base material can be slit and sheeted to size or 2D die cut to accommodate complex shapes. Additionally, it can be further tailored to include the addition of snaps for closure (ReflectSnap® 1425), adhesive backing for peel and stick (ReflectShield® 1435) as well as other customization (sewn,ultrasonically welded or other) to optimize installation.
